**Client Details**

Our client offers tailored support to long-term job seekers, helping them overcome potential barriers to employment and secure meaningful work. Their personalised approach is designed to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources necessary to achieve success in their job search. They work to positively influence employer and community perceptions about employing people who are or at risk of being long-term unemployed and provide personal jobseeker reverse marketing services.

**Description**

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised one-on-one mentoring and support to job seekers in their job search journey, guiding them through the process with empathy, encouragement, and expertise.
- Coordinate and facilitate work experience opportunities and other job readiness programs, helping job seekers gain practical experience and develop the skills necessary for their desired career path.
- Offer post-placement assistance and follow-up support, ensuring job retention and success for job seekers, and providing ongoing guidance and support to overcome any challenges they may face.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local businesses, actively engaging with employers to identify and create employment opportunities for job seekers and establishing long-lasting relationships to facilitate sustainable employment outcomes.

**Profile**

To be considered for this position we are looking for the following;
- Proven experience in a customer-focused role, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Sales experience is highly desirable, as you will connect job seekers with employers and cultivate partnerships with local businesses to create employment opportunities.
- Strong IT skills and meticulous attention to detail, as you will be responsible for data entry, administration, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to connect with job seekers, understand their needs, and provide guidance and support in a compassionate and professional manner.
