**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Strata Results are looking for an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide the following:
- Administrative support, including meeting co-ordination, diary management and high quality document preparation.
- Interstate and international travel management.
- Organise and manage social and marketing events for staff and clients
- Execute onboarding activities for new starters for both Consulting and Recruitment
- Execute offboarding activities for new starters for both Consulting and Recruitment
- Manage and maintain the asset management register
- Be first point of contact for all office/building management related matters
- o Communicate and manage Real Estate and Services vendors
- o Managed office incidentals, food and drinks and stationery
- o Support critical meetings and interview with setup requirements
- Complete the office cleaning once per week for all internal areas and the gym area
- People and cultural support:
- o Complete fortnightly check ins with all staff (onshore and offshore) completing a pre-defined form to check on their mental health and well-being and commitment to the project/organisation. This will be reported back to the CEO and COO fortnightly.
- o Identify cultural activities or areas of opportunity for the organisation and support the implementation.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Must have a Professional and ethical attitude
- Experience working in a fast paced environment where you use your strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to be proactive, prioritise, strong time management.
- Must have own transport as office is not close to train or bus stop, free allocated parking provided
