BDA INTERLOCKS IS LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT AND SOMEONE WHO CAN CARRY OUT INTERLOCK SERVICING AT OUR WORKSHOP IN CROYDON. ALL SPECIALIST SKILLS REQUIRED CAN BE LEARNED ON THE JOB.

JOB DESCRIPTION: ADMINISTRATION / DRIVEWAY TECHNICIAN

DUTIES:

- DOWNLOAD INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS
- ASSIST WITH PHONE ENQUIRIES
- PERFORM BASIC ADMINISTRATION TASKS INC. INVOICING, REPORTING, EMAIL
- CUSTOMER INTERACTION
- PROCESS CASH AND EFTPOS PAYMENTS
- ASSIST WITH PROMOTION OF THE BUSINESS AS REQUIRED FROM TIME TO TIME

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

- FOLLOW STANDARD PROCESSES WITH CLIENTS
- LEARN ALL BDA INTERLOCKS PROCESSES AND FOLLOW SAME
- MAINTAIN A NEAT AND TIDY APPEARANCE AT ALL TIMES
- MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL IMAGE WHEN HANDLING ALL CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES
- RELIABILITY IS A TOP PRIORITY

CONDITIONS:

- COMMENCEMENT RATE OF $30 PER HOUR
- WORK HOURS - TO BE NEGOTIATED
- SUPERANNUATION PAID IN ACCORDANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 25 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
