Location: 123 Pitt Street, Sydney
Salary $20 -$35 P/hour
Working Hours: 25 hours per week
9am - 2pm (5 hours per day)
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
- Receiving Post and processing into appropriate workflow
- Keep customer information up to date in MYOB, CRM, and tracking log
- Scanning foam boxes/cast
- Any other administrative duties
**Accounts**:
- Invoice orders in MYOB
- Run end of month statements in MYOB
- Keep updated status of each customer account
- Keep track of the Annual Maintenance program regarding who is up to date and when they paid
- Keep track of all in process AFO casts that are received including tracking numbers and price of shipping
**Shipping**:
- Pack up and ship all orders to customers when they arrive
- Work with StarTrack to organize all domestic pick ups
- Go to Australia Post when need it to send AFO casts
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Self-motivated, ambitious, outgoing, confident and skilled in networking.
- Creative, organised and analytical with excellent administration skills.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to meet conflicting, varied and demanding deadlines.
- Highly literate with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong IT skills.
- Previous experience using MYOB or similar accounts software (desirable)
