Calling all Admin, EAs and Team Assistants

**_Have you ever thought about growing your career within a diverse and dynamic team of Retail Property professionals, in a company which have been recognised as "best in class" in a diverse range of properties, projects and people?_**

This global and world leading property agency operates out of 70 countries, providing industry-leading services across property management, facilities, project management, leasing and more. They are now looking for a Property Assistant to join their team in one of their shopping centres. You will be responsible for handling stakeholder enquiries and play a key role in the financial performance of the shopping centre by actively assisting in the collection, reporting and management of payments and accounts.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Admin, EA or Team Assistant to carve a career within Retail Real Estate.

**$75,000 package + 5% Bonus**

**Start ASAP**

**Location: North and West of Melbourne**

**Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, your typical day include but not limited to**:

- Manage and maintain required documentation, reports and databases within set timeframes.
- Cash flow and arrears management.
- Relationship management - develop and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors and other key stakeholders.
- Produce excellent customer service to deliver the best outcomes.
- Complete compliance requirements within set timeframes and demonstrate safe practices and standards set by the business.

**To be considered for the role you should ideally meet the following criteria**:

- At least 1 year of administration or debt collection experience, preferably in the retail property or operations industry.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
