**_The Opportunity:_**
- As a Property Manager working on behalf of a government owned property portfolio, you will be overseeing a mixed portfolio of assets including commercial, retail, land and some minor residential._
- Your focus will be to generate profits and maximise returns of the portfolio and will involve the following:_
- Day to day property and tenancy management in accordance with business procedures and protocol;
- Representing the Client in respect to ownership and tenancy issues that arise;
- Managing all relevant documentation, maintaining the lease register and ensuring that the property database maintains current information;
- Ensuring data integrity in the nominated property management system
- Assisting in the procurement of valuations, leasing services and manage leasing for vacant areas as directed by the client;
- Undertaking routine and ingoing/outgoing property inspections as required

**_Your Skills and Experience:_**
- 2/3 years + experience in retail/commercial property management with an appreciation of the Retail Tenancies Act.
- You will demonstrate a positive attitude and team focus
- You will have confident communication skills and be able to have difficult conversations with tenants confidently
- Concise and accurate, great attention to detail and strong time management
- A real “doer” who gets in and gets things done
- Curious and eager to continue learning
