- About the Role- Lead the supply chain management of AGL’s wind farms in South Australia and Victoria-

The Planning and Logistics Manager is required to use well developed skills and experience to build a resilient supply chain that creates value, optimises cost, strengthens profits and builds resilience in the wind portfolio’s operations.

In your new role as Planning and Logistics Manager, you will be accountable for the strategy development, establishment and management of the logistics, procurement, planning and maintenance support for the AGL’s wind assets. You will lead a team, providing leadership, mentoring and coaching to help drive their success.

What you’ll be doing
- Reporting to the Head of Wind, you will play a critical role in ensuring all activities across the supply chain are executed and optimized to strengthen the wind portfolio. In addition, you will:
- Advocate and steer change that drives efficiency and improvement across maintenance and supply chain functions including adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.-
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that efficient operation of logistics and inventory management processes across the organisation including effective plans to identify and manage vulnerabilities.-
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategies aligned to the day-to-day support, project management and outage support of AGL’s working capital and physical inventory.-
- Operationally manage outsourced contracts and ensure adherence to contract budgets.-
- Mentor, develop, and performance manage team to drive continuous improvement of portfolio maintenance and supply chain operations.About You

What you’ll bring to the table- Tertiary qualifications in an engineering, Project Management or related field or extensive experience in a similar maintenance or supply chain management role coupled with an understanding of the energy industry.-
- Holistic understanding of maintenance, supply chain management, logistics and warehousing.-
- Demonstrated capability to lead, guide and influence positive change across AGL’s supply change.-
- Experience dealing with service providers to ensure they are accountable and deliver to a high standard.-
- Strong interpersonal problem-solving and communication skills along with the ability to engage with and influence, negotiate and motivate key stakeholders.Join AGL’s renewable energy transition as we invest in new wind farms, solar farms and battery storage assets.
