**About the Role**:
As a Content Design and Insight Office (APS5 level), you will play a vital role in driving impactful marketing strategies and initiatives. Working within a collaborative Strategic Content Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that resonate with a diverse audience. Your insights and contributions will help shape the agency's image and advocacy efforts, contributing to its mission to make a difference in the lives of individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance the agency's brand and reach.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage effective marketing campaigns.
- Generate comprehensive marketing campaign reports, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Create marketing insights reports to inform and guide future marketing and communication activities.
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of new market research projects.
- Analyze findings, derive actionable insights, and prepare proposals and briefing documents.
- Provide technical expertise and support, responding to internal priorities and driving market research development.
- Foster strong relationships within the agency and with stakeholders, understanding key business objectives.
- Offer guidance on diverse marketing functions, including advertising, sponsorship, testing, and content production.
- Assist with various marketing administration tasks as directed.

**About You**:
To thrive in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong skills in generating and analyzing marketing campaign reports.
- The ability to draft insightful marketing reports to drive strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with CSS and/or AMPscript.
