**Company Overview**: We are a new dental healthcare group with a growing portfolio of products and clinics, seeking a Marketing Specialist with experience in the dental industry and product management to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**: As a Marketing Specialist, you will develop and coordinate advertising strategies and campaigns, determine market potential for new goods and services, and identify and develop market opportunities for both new and existing products and services. You will own the product roadmap, execute product strategy, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, managing product and clinic launches, and creating marketing materials to support sales and services. Additionally, you will build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring the commercial success and profitability of our products and clinics. Your expertise will drive our marketing efforts and support the growth and development of our dental healthcare group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of practice and product policies and procedures.
- Conduct reporting and ad analysis to track performance and effectiveness.
- Own the product roadmap and execute product strategy, providing insights to stakeholders on products and market trends.
- Stay abreast of competitors and market dynamics to ensure strategic positioning.
- Monitor performance metrics, balancing customer needs with stakeholder constraints to drive profitability and commercial success.

**Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Deliver insights on key differentiators and messaging for product and clinic marketing.
- Implement marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, and product campaigns to introduce products to the target audience.
- Write strategic product and clinic marketing content to support product launch and delivery initiatives.

**Product & Clinic Management**:

- Manage all aspects of in-life products and clinics, including customer feedback, requirements, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular reports.
- Review marketing and sales information to identify competitive advantages and educate your team.

**Product Launch & Growth**:

- Drive action throughout the organization to bring products to market.
- Plan and execute product and practice launches.
- Own and expand practices and products to increase profitability and meet community needs.

**Essential**:

- Previous experience in product management and the dental industry.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, software as a service (SaaS), and managing operations within medical clinics.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in design, wireframing, copywriting, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Solid understanding of product development and lifecycle management practices.
- Highly analytical with a creative problem-solving approach.
- Experience with knowledge management systems, dynamic workflow processes, and medical practice management software.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
