**Who will you work with?**

You will join an agency that values a point of view. Day to day, you will work with all relevant media stakeholders to deliver exceptional campaign planning and results. This role also closely collaborates with specialist media, technology and digital partners.

Our programmatic team is a fast moving, dynamic team; always open to effective changes to the way we work and the products that we bring to market. Unlike other trading roles, you will have the opportunity to be involved from end to end in the campaign process; from the beginning of the planning stage up to presenting impactful results to the clients. The programmatic team prides itself as a cross channel collaborator, and you will have opportunities to discuss ideas, troubleshoot and learn from teams of other channels.

**Who are we looking for?**

A programmatic and trading specialist with a minimum of 18 months experience within an agency or publisher role and at least conceptual knowledge of trading. A love for data, analysis and desire to dive deep into the granular workings of trading would be a priority.

For your development, in addition to training across trading and ad serving, you will be across creative management, planning, briefing, media plan creation, client communication and will learn a variety of platforms, vendor and publisher liaison.

**What will your day to day look like?**
- You will manage campaign activities such as campaign DSP set-up, trade activity, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting and billing reconciliation
- You will identify and implement optimisations as approved by your manager and client
- You will deep dive into campaign data, analyse performance and propose insights to improve campaign performance
- You will understand and analyse data, and provide stakeholders with reports/insights that are easy to understand and actionable
- You will have good creative trafficking and management skills and ensure all creatives are updated on time according to planning and to clients and creative agency recommendation
- You will support the Programmatic Manager in developing and providing input in the construction of client decks and status documentation
- Your time will be allocated as 50% reporting and analysis, 40% implementation and 10% planning but this will evolve over time, with plenty of opportunity as you progress to have client facing experience
- You will demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the full programmatic campaign life-cycle
- You will handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
- You will assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports
- You will contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities
- You will run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance
- You will manage client schedules, proformas and invoicing on a monthly basis to ensure all financial processes are respected according to deadlines
