**About the role**

We are looking for a HCM Solution Specialist to engage with multi-layered stakeholder groups to design robust business solutions in an integrated HCM Cloud environment.

This is an exciting role that will be part of a small team in eHealth. You will also partner with Senior Medical and Dental Officer Units across the state and the State Scope of Clinical Practice Unit to support them in their use of the eCredential online system and manage the system vendor relationship. The overarching aim is to manage, maintain, improve and develop the credentialing and recruitment capability of NSW Health in regard to the specialist Medical and Dental Officer workforce.

**About you**

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:

- Extensive experience project managing full project lifecycle to deliver agreed business requirements and outcomes through engagement, research, analysis, design, test and deploy to meet business initiatives and operational needs.
- Superior analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports and cases for change, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions through to implementation and adoption success.
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultation, facilitation, negotiation and communications skills with demonstrated capacity to design and broker effective ICT system and solutions with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders, including vendors, executives, operational teams, internal program teams.

Preferred but not necessary experience with the eCredential system or other online credentialing systems
