**The Opportunity**

We currently have on offer an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Training Specialist join our Commercial Excellence team on permanent basis, in our office based in Chatswood _(hybrid working arrangements fully supported)._

Reporting to the Commercial Excellence and Innovation Director, the primary purpose of this position is to develop and deliver high quality product and commercial selling training to iNova Consumer Healthcare and Prescription Sales and Marketing teams that elevate their capability to achieve key business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities Include**
- Planning, design and delivery of internal product and sales/commercial training aligned to adult learning principles and incorporating key selling models
- Developing and maintaining the commercial/product training calendar, including induction pathways and upskills for existing employees
- Key stakeholder consultation to uncover learning needs and opportunities
- Ensuring solutions are identified and developed to leverage the learning opportunities
- Management of learning projects from concept to delivery and evaluation

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will be confident, collaborative and comfortable working with a wide range of audiences to deliver commercial training programs.

This together with your previous commercial product sales training qualifications and experience and a strong depth of knowledge in Life Sciences will be key to your success in this role.
- Key requirements for this position include: _
- Tertiary qualifications in health, medical or life sciences
- Qualifications in adult education or demonstrated track record of successfully planning/designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Experience in content curation
- Project/program management qualifications or demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects
- Experience in instructional design/eLearning development
