We are looking for a
**Social Media Executive **to join our team based in Sydney, NSW full-time.

**The Role**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Utilize social media management tools and analytics to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights and reports to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal creative and marketing team to develop visually appealing and impactful social media content.
- Build relationships with clients and manage their brands along with support from internal account managers

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in an advertising agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail to develop visually appealing social media content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
