**About the role**
Our client is seeking a ‘Global Social Media and Digital Communication Lead’ who is passionate about leveraging social media and digital marketing to shape the future of education. Reporting into the Global Communications Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the organisations global marketing and communications strategy across various digital and social channels. With a special focus on teacher recruitment, you will collaborate with HR and Recruitment teams to enhance brand awareness and generate leads for teaching positions. Managing end-to-end social media campaigns, including paid components, and overseeing existing channels to identify growth opportunities. You will also create compelling content for social posts, blogs, web copy, and advertisements, while working with communication teams and stakeholders to produce relevant content.

**About you**
To excel in this role, you will possess an impressive track record in crafting and producing engaging content for digital communication channel, with a focus on social media. Your expertise will extend to understanding Search Engine Optimization, effectively managing digital and social campaigns, and driving lead generation. Ideally these skills would have been gained in a consumer facing product or service environment, in a social media focused role. Agency experience will also be considered if supporting B2C clients.With strong organizational skills and a natural flare for innovative thinking, you will thrive in handling complex workloads. Your self-motivation, ability to work autonomously, eagerness to learn, and positive mindset will enable you to navigate the daily pressures of work with enthusiasm.
