We are seeking a **Logistics Administrator **to join our busy team at **Melbourne Airport/Tullamarine**.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Coordinate and provide support for Reverse logistics functions on the key account
- Manage and report all receipts and dispatches for nominated Logistics accounts, including time-critical health-related accounts
- Generate and distribute daily reports as required
- Arrange for the collection and delivery of same-day orders
- Correspond and provide relevant information to both clients and Schenker staff on all orders
- Compile billing details progressively to support timely charging of Logistics clients
- Liaise with internal (Schenker) and external carrier customers
- Process orders promptly and accurately

**Skills and Experience**:

- Customer service: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathise and resolve issues effectively
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences
- Microsoft Office: Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Organisation: Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Warehouse systems: Knowledge of WMS and other warehouse systems
- SAP knowledge
