**Job Description**:
Our Talent, Inclusion and Experience team identifies, designs and delivers best practice initiatives and programs to: build leadership capabilities; attract, retain, and develop talent; drive a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive culture; and create an exceptional employee experience for each and every employee.

Reporting to our Leadership, Talent and Performance Manager your focus will be to help build the leadership capability of our leaders, and their people. You will engage leaders, their teams and external partners with the delivery of impactful initiatives and programs that build leadership capability, and drive business results.

Day to day you will:

- Support the Leadership, Talent and Performance Manager to build governance in line with the strategy
- Deliver leadership capability programs and initiatives
- Support the design and development of leadership offerings and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate and conduct analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of leadership programs
- Analyze leadership metrics and data from various sources across the business
- Manage online compliance learning and enquiries.

What we would like to see on your resume:

- Tertiary qualified in HR Management, Organizational Development or a related field
- Experience in delivering leadership development programs and initiatives
- Proven ability to navigate complex environments/large enterprises
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management
- Strong project management skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Data and analytical skills
- Exposure to LMS management

Ideally you will demonstrate experience and ability to deliver organizational wide change projects using advanced Excel skills with exposure to Articulate 360 and Kineo LMS.
