Urgent Requirement - 6 Month Contract - 3x Support Officers

This is quite an interesting role with a government agency that supports those in the community impacted by natural disasters.

What Is On Offer?
- Position Required: 3
- Pay rate: $28.50/hr - $42.26/hr + Super
- Duration: 14/08/2023 to 29/02/2024
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park
- Hours per day/week: 7.6 hours per day and 38 per week

What Will You Be Doing?
- Managing the Executive Director’s diary appointments, records and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements
- Gather, collate and provide background information for the executive to support informed decision-making and planning
- Maintain and update administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery

What Will You Bring?
- It would be beneficial if you have experience working as an EA/PA or support officer
- Previous Government experience preferred (not essential)
- Ability to work autonomously, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability working to tight deadlines, flexibility, and resilience
