Your role:

- You will be joining Parkwind’s dynamic legal team focusing on energy offtake, regulatory matters, permitting and consenting for renewable projects in Belgium and abroad.
- You will advise on and support permitting and consenting of on
- and offshore wind energy projects and other renewables across the globe.
- You will advise on and manage compliance of renewable energy projects and O&M activities with their permits.
- You will support the team in negotiating and managing changes in permits and/or licenses. You will liaise with your colleagues of the O&M and business teams to ensure and coordinate appropriate support.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting towards the relevant authorities in close collaboration with the O&M team. You will take part in meetings, workshops, events, etc. organized by relevant authorities to build your network.
- You will be a member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team and have interactions with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders allowing you to learn rapidly about many key aspects of our business.
- You will report to our head of legal.

Your profile:

- You have a master’s degree in in engineering or law, with sound technical knowledge and interest.
- Relevant professional experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
- You are passionate about renewable energy and interested in stakeholder management.
- You are solution-oriented, pro-active and pay attention to details.
- You have the ability to manage multiple matters without losing oversight.
- You have strong diplomatic and social skills and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders.
- You are a team player and possess a high level of integrity.
- You have an analytical mindset.
- You have good social skills and can work efficiently in a team.
- You are flexible and willing to travel on an occasional basis.
- You are a fluent in English.
