**BusinessCo Group **is a company dedicated to the needs of businesses, delivering a range of **telecommunication services**, including 1300/1800 Numbers, Live Answering, Office IP Phones, Business Broadband and Mobile services.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **motivated** and **energetic** individual to join our team as an Administration Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing the **highest level of** **customer service** and experience
- Managing customer Direct Debit accounts
- Answering inbound calls in a friendly and timely manner
- Attend to Customer Care and Billing Support tickets promptly and professionally
- Provisioning of company sales across all services including: 13/1300/1800 numbers, live answering services, Hosted PBX and VoIP services, broadband connections and other telecommunication services.
- Accurate data entry into all systems including CRM and billing.
- Liaising with suppliers, wholesalers and providers
- Assisting customers with Technical Support queries across all products.

- Committed to providing the highest level of customer experience
- Highly energetic, pro-active and self-motivated
- Currently attending to or have completed a Tertiary Qualification in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience (required)
- Previous experience in telecommunication (preferred)
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Comfortable with Technology
- Be able to travel to and from the Malvern office every day (this position does not support remote work).

**Salary**: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
