**Your Role**

As the Lead Events you will lead and produce engaging event experiences and campaigns to drive employee and stakeholder engagement, provide a deeper understanding of IAG’s strategy and purpose and help bring The IAG Way to life. You will build close relationships with diverse stakeholders.

**ABOUT YOU -**- You have 3-5 years’ experience in corporate event management for a large ASX listed or similar entity.- You’ll have experience in and detailed knowledge of the factors to be considered in arranging high-profile events in public spaces and venues.- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required to engage suppliers and stakeholders to deliver outstanding events, within fixed timelines and to agreed budgets.- You will be highly organised, with superior attention to detail and forward planning.- Have the ability to respond quickly to changing briefs and circumstances.- Good executive presence and ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels of the organisation.- Ability to persuade and influence and work effectively as a member of a team.- Deep knowledge of event production and technical aspects.- Experience working in either Corporate Affairs or Investor Relations teams.- Prior knowledge of EventsAIR software and prior experience using MS Teams products and staging virtual and hybrid meetings.- Prior experience using Confluence.- Good knowledge of local event suppliers and venues in areas where IAG operates.- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Pro (preferred)- Tertiary qualification/s in Communications, event management, business or related fields- You’ll ensure stakeholders receive quality, agreed post event/campaign reports which may include event surveys, participant engagement and budget outcome.
