**Event and Hub Lead**

We have an awesome opportunity for an Event & Hub Lead to join our team. The role will see you conceptualising and bringing to life strategic employee, customer and industry experiences and events.

This creates an impact on our customer experience and relationships, and ultimately drives revenue by positioning Mantel Group within key industries. Within this role you will be able to see the direct impact that you have on the people, customer and commercial outcomes of the business.

**Your priorities will include**:

- Create and deliver meaningful IT industry experiences and events.
- Marketing based events ranging from meetups, industry and customer based events, and team events.
- Manage the Mantel Group hubs (offices) across Australia & New Zealand.
- Lead a small team of event & hub co-ordinators to develop best practices in team & attendee experiences.
- Working with the Marketing Lead to enable go to market plans and budgets for events.
- Manage financial year budgets for events and hubs and ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead each event brief, helping decide on event plan, content and working with stakeholders across Sales, Brands and Marketing teams.
- Prepare and present insights to leadership teams on the success of events and the progress of new business development.

**About you**:

- You have solid experience working across the IT Industry - our domains include Digital, Cloud, Data & Security
- You have extensive experience across Australia & New Zealand planning and executing in-person and virtual events
- You will have impeccable time management skills and the ability to build strong rapport across various stakeholders within the business including Sales, Brands and Marketing teams
- You are creative, collaborative, and someone who shows 'In It Together' qualities
- You are tech savvy and love to keep up to date with the latest technology trends
- You have strong presentation skills and the ability to 'communicate directly' when needed
- You have experience managing financial year budgets and to 'make good choices' so that targets are met
- You are flexible and adaptable as you will travel to our awesome hubs across Australia & New Zealand
