Hatch is supporting Australian Payments Plus to find a great Product Analyst to join their Business Operations and Strategy team. **About the role at Australian Payments Plus**

As the Product Analyst reporting to the Product Capability and Integration Lead AP+ Business Payments, this role is responsible for product analysis and design support to the AP+ Business Payments team (which covers our BPAY product suite and real-time payments on the New Payments Platform).

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
