We are seeking a **Product and Pricing Analyst** to join our dynamic team and assist in the development of product plans, strategies, promotion and pricing, to drive member growth and retention. This is a newly created role that will provide you with opportunities to accelerate your experience and development in a supportive team environment.

**About the role**

Reporting to Senior Product Manager, the key focus areas of the role include:

- Collation and reporting of market and competitor insights
- Monitoring the performance of existing product portfolios for business growth opportunities
- Assist with monitoring and preparation of design and distribution obligations reports
- Support the maintenance of our portfolio for lending and deposit products
- Coordinate and assist the management of stakeholders in the execution of pricing changes
- Monitor, maintain and promote product information on third party sites
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of internal and member product materials
- Support implementation of new products and product changes
- Assist in the preparation of proposals to maintain and enhance IMB products and pricing, including financial and business case analysis.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field _OR _1-2 years in a product or pricing analyst role (or similar)
- Understanding of banking and their markets (preferable)
- Strong digital and computer literacy
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Excellent creative, logical and lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform accurate financial and profitability analysis and business case preparation highly regarded
- Knowledge of the financial compliance and regulatory framework advantageous.
