**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the Parts Inventory & Procurement Manager, we are looking for a **Parts Inventory Expeditor **to manage procurement & sourcing of emergency and critical parts for back orders, based at our Clayton Head office Branch.

**Your key responsibilities will include the following**:

- Regular contact with Branches, Suppliers and CAT Parts Logistics and Customer Service Team
- Price Discrepancy Report
- Maintenance of Parts System Master Files via Inventory Reports
- Setting and adjusting branch stocking levels
- Review and ordering of parts from sundry suppliers (as required)
- Identify product or process problems and opportunities for improvement

**You will ideally have the following skills, experience & attributes**:

- Strong problem solving, research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships
- Highly coordinated with excellent attention to detail
- Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment.
