**Who you are**
Product Specialists make our Brand. They are the impulse driving us to deliver handcrafted and personalised experiences for our customers as their single point of contact. To become a Product Specialist you will exude passion and have experience in customer service environments, with special focus on crafting relationships both online and offline.
This role suits an individual who is keen for growth and development. 2023 is an incredibly exciting year for our brand with the imminent launch of our first all-electric vehicle, and the opportunity to continue our early success in Western Australia (emulating our success in becoming Europe’s fastest growing car brand), this role will allow the right individual to grow and development with promotion opportunities in the future as we eye further potential expansion in WA.
Minimum requirements for this role include a valid WA drivers license and full working rights within Australia. We also require someone with an open mind, eager and willing to learn, who is passionate about customer service and our brand.
**What you do**
Our Specialists accompany our customers throughout the discovery, acquisition and ownership of our products. You will instil passion and provide in-depth expertise tailored to each customer.
You will aim to provide the highest level of customer services and second-to-none product knowledge to current and future customers during the sales process as well as throughout ownership, ensuring each interaction is memorable.
You will help the Garage maintain a healthy sales pipeline and actively contribute to the achievement of the monthly sales and delivery goals.
