As our Marketing Manager, you will champion the MGallery Spirit by:

- Designing and launching vibrant marketing campaigns that paint our resort as the ultimate destination, encouraging guests to live their most memorable moments with us—from sunlit brunches to starlit celebrations, serene staycations, and 'Instagrammable' moments around every corner. Create visual and experiential content that invites shares and likes, making our resort a must-post destination.
- Using your flair for storytelling to create engaging narratives that resonate deeply with our audience, turning every experience and communication into an invitation to indulge and enjoy.
- Liaising with the global brand team to ensure that all content is current, consistent, and aligns with brand standards across all channels. Facilitate the adaptation of global marketing strategies to local contexts while maintaining brand integrity.
- Taking the lead on marketing the hotel’s food and beverage offerings. Develop and execute promotional strategies that highlight the uniqueness of the hotel’s culinary experiences, special events, and seasonal menus to drive patronage and revenue.
- Bringing a creative vision to all marketing materials and campaigns. Oversee the design and production of visual and written content, ensuring it meets the high standards expected by luxury guests. Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the marketing team.
- Embracing the stylish design forward brand, bringing it to life in every campaign, post, and promotion.
- Delivering unique and effective C&E strategies, campaigns and formats to position our hotel with new and existing relationships

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with luxury brands in a similar or related role.
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal, proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel and any other appropriate programs.
- Proven experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or digital marketing would be advantageous.
- The ability to work well within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and effective time management in all allocated tasks.
