**About the Role**:

- We are seeking a National Sales Manager to join our team on a full time basis to assist with revenue generating activities in Cannim’s prescription medicine channels in Australia.

If you are successful in obtaining this role, you will:

- Contribute to the development of the sales strategy, including setting clear sales objectives, targets and KPI’s.
- Create and manage annual and rolling sales budgets to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop strategies to grow revenue from existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify potential customers, distributors and partners to expand the reach of our prescription medical cannabis products in all accessible markets.
- Recruit, and provide mentorship, guidance, and support to develop a high-performing team to enhance their sales acumen and product knowledge.
- Implement sales performance metrics to track individual and team progress.
- Regularly analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Define our pricing strategy to ensure growth is profitable.
- Prepare & present sales reports for the executive team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, customer requirements and customer needs, and use this insight to deliver growth.
