**About the role**:
Victoria Police is currently advertising (1) full-time ongoing, Intelligence Support Officer position within the Caroline Springs Divisional Intelligence Unit. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support services to members at the Divisional Intelligence Unit.

Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.

**Your duties will include**:

- Perform a broad range of office support and computer-based tasks including preparation of reports, general correspondence, keyboard and data entry, spreadsheets, and data base activities.
- Assist in collecting, collating, analysis, and basic evaluation of information in respect to intelligence data and trends.
- Ensure effective delivery of administrative support activities associated within the Division.
- Maintenance of computer-based systems for the recording, collation and dissemination of intelligence reports.

**As the successful applicant, you will have**:

- Experience in working with computers and various programs with a high attention to detail.
- Good conceptual and research skills with the ability to value add to information and to assist in identification of issues.
- Knowledge of or experience in basic analysis.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise work with mínimal supervision.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

**Requirements and relevant information**:

- One (1) VPSG-2, full-time, ongoing position available.
- Position located at the DIU - Sunshine Police Station. While this position has a nominated usual place of work, the position may be required to work at other locations, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Victorian Public Service Agreement.
