What this opportunity involves:

Are you a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst looking to join a dynamic and innovative team? We are currently seeking a Specialist Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Team at JLL.

The role has been deliberately titled ‘Specialist’, the individual will not only be responsible for developing complex solutions but also to mentor and coach other Business Intelligence Analysts within the business. Continuous development and learning is a core component of the our Business Intelligence Team and the individual will be expected to lead development tasks, understanding the longer term personal development goals of the team and collaborating across accounts to benefit the wider JLL Business Intelligence Community.

This role is required to be based in either Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid work arrangements.

What this role involves:

Develop innovative analytical solutions to maximize compliance, increase productivity, and minimize costs and maximize profit. Support the development of Proof of Concepts and transform them into sustainable processes. Develop end-to-end analytical solutions for complex business initiatives. Translate business requirements into insightful and sustainable dashboards and analysis. Mentor and coach other Business Intelligence Analysts. Embrace new technology and techniques in the field of Business Intelligence. Lead the technical development of complex Business Intelligence initiatives. Liaise with key stakeholders to identify and implement effective business solutions. Identify and implement industry best practices. Facilitate the continuous growth of skills and knowledge within the team. Participate in defining the Business Intelligence strategy and identify opportunities for growth.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in BI, computer science, econometrics, operations research, or statistics preferred, or equivalent working experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence, business or data analyst. Strong knowledge of data visualization and analytical techniques. Experience with Tableau and Alteryx will be an added advantage Ability to learn new techniques and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills to business stakeholders of all levels Strong understanding of analytic/statistical concepts. Strategic thinking and ability to embrace change. Experience working with Agile Project Management methodologies.
