Compumedics Service Coordinator

Compumedics Australia is currently searching for a Service Coordinator Full-Time to join our Service Team in Melbourne, VIC. Compumedics Limited (ASX: CMP) is a medical device company involved in the development, manufacture and commercialization of diagnostics technology for the sleep, brain and ultrasonic blood

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Service Coordinator based in Melbourne VIC, you report to the Global Service
Manager. Service Coordinator will be responsible for Service coordination for Repairs,
Invoicing, Installations Scheduling and Service Activities. Service Coordinator will be responsible to communicate across between Service and Operations Teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working with Compumedics Customers, Asian Distributors with RMA Repairs and invoicing
- Triaging RMA Compumedics units for Repair
- Service coordination for RMAs, Installations Scheduling and Service Activities
- Creation of the sales order based upon the customer’s purchase information, sales quotation and sales order entry procedure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to provide progress reports (KPI) to the Compumedics Management Team
- Creation of the sales order based upon the customer’s purchase information, sales quotation and sales order entry procedure
- RMA Order tracking and acknowledgement for end-user
- Filing of all RMAs and Service Orders in the appropriate file cabinets
- Verification of all information needed to create a proper sales order. This information includes customer contact information, accurate and complete shipping information, accurate end user information and accurate billing information
- Resolve any issues that may arise with the customer. Resolution may involve communications between many departments and customer contacts
- Assist with incoming phone calls. Must be able to use the phone system to transfer calls or connect the incoming call to the right department. Professional phone courtesy w will be highly expected
- Entering, Tracking, Processing, Updating and maintaining a Database
- Organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Education Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent o Prefer Associates Degree
- Proficiency in computer operations, Adobe, and Microsoft Office: Excel and

WORD o Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Preferred: EXCEL
- Experience in Microsoft CRM/NAV database software a plus.Experience Requirement:4+ years Service Coordinator Role or Service Department
5+ years Customer Service Call Center experience
2+ years Reporting using Microsoft OUTLOOK, EXCEL and MSWORDOther Requirements:

- Ability to write routine reports in EXCEL - MSWORD and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
