**The Opportunity**

As the **Digital Account Coordinator**, you’ll be responsible for providing sales administration support to the Digital Sales Executive, Digital Account Managers, Group Sales Managers, and State Sales Director.

In this role you will be **based in Melbourne **and report to **the Digital Group Sales Manager**. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the team in booking campaigns within our booking system.
- Liaising closely with the Operations, Commercial Product, and Programmatic teams to ensure campaigns are set up and are running smoothly.
- Preparing sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports using Excel and various systems.
- Generating revenue reports and keeping them up to date.
- Chasing creative assets.
- Tracking campaigns including post-campaign reporting.

**About you**:
You are an excellent communicator, with a passion for sales and customer service. We are looking for someone who is:

- a highly motivated and proactive self-starter.
- passionate about all things digital: curious & with a learning mindset.
- a problem solver: practical & outcome-oriented.
