**We are seeking a responsible administration assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical task, an opportunity to work and greater your work skills.**

**Location**:Keysborough

**Time**: 8 am - 2pm (Mon-Wed) Part time position

Pay rate: $28.34 per hour

**Duties of the Administrative Assistant include**:

- Providing support to the managers and employees
- Assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities
- Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
- Submit and reconcile expense report
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well organized
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Exel, Outlook and office equipment

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.34 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Keysborough, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (required)
- Data entry: 1 year (required)
