***Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling. As Australia’s leading recycled and kraft paper manufacturer, Visy Pulp and Paper is a big part of our business. Our integrated recycling and manufacturing operations means we collect paper and cardboard from households and businesses and turn it into up to 100% recycled paper. We are also home to the world’s most environmentally friendly kraft paper mill in Tumut, providing high-quality kraft paper for domestic and international markets. The paper we produce supplies our board facilities across Australia and New Zealand, where it is remanufactured into cardboard packaging for the food and beverage industry.
**Role Details**
***Reporting to the Reliability Manager, located in Campbellfield (VIC), the Reliability Planner, you will have an already set-up and functioning Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to help you hit the ground running and an experienced maintenance and engineering team to work with and co-ordinate.
Your strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure will suit this fast-paced environment. In addition, your attitude where no job is too small, passion to learn new skills, and ability to lead by example, will fit right into the team.
**What you'll do**
- Improve asset reliability and performance through your understanding and implementation of maintenance best practice, maintenance systems and computerised asset management tools.
- Successfully plan, prioritise & schedule weekly preventative maintenance activities, monthly shutdowns, and project work across the plant using your exceptional organisational skills.
- Supervise, delegate and co-ordinate responsibilities to Maintenance contractors, ensuring they are carrying out works safely.
- Effectively communicate with production personnel daily for the safe and efficient maintenance of the mill and all associated equipment.
- Support the mechanical equipment spares & repair management.
- Demonstrate your commitment to Health & Safety practices.
**What You Will Bring**
- A qualification in engineering or accomplished trade and/or planning background.
- Pulp & Paper industry experience highly regarded, but not mandatory.
- Alternatively, exposure to a 24/7 multi process/heavy industrial manufacturing environment would be an ideal fit
- You will possess a high level of interpersonal skills and will not be afraid of a challenge.
- Flexibility to be part of an on-call roster.
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP or other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
