**What does the job look like?**

We are currently seeking an experienced, driven Credit Collections Officer to join our fast-paced team. Key areas:

- Manage assigned collections with a focus on maximising cash collections and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Effectively identify and recommend alternative collections activities
- Case/dispute management
- Comply and adhere to company policies ad collection principles
- Assist with reporting on debtor activity

**Are you the one?**

We are looking for an individual with previous credit collections and/or call center experience. You thrive in a team environment and take pride in your ability to provide excellent customer service. You can demonstrate:

- Experience and knowledge of Debt Collection/Accounts Receivable fundamentals
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing collection strategies
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Accounting or Business qualification would be highly regarded
