**The Position**

We have an excellent opportunity for a Collections Coordinator to join our Collections Team. Reporting to the Collections Team Leader you will be responsible for managing collections resources and processes, to maximise debt collection for the organisation. You will also be responsible for:

- Assisting the Team Leader and fellow Team Coordinator to achieve targets by managing team resources
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to maximise collections and minimise customer debt
- Delivery of targets for the Collections team and ensuring they are met
- Managing, implementation and measuring of strategies and processes to reduce DSO & aged debt
- Assisting with reporting on debtor activity
- Providing coverage of Team Leader duties when Team Leader absent or engaged in other activities

**Your skills and experience**
- Ability to manage a team, including coaching and performance management
- Intermediate to high level ability and knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining a large customer ledger
- Experience in developing and executing collection strategies
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and participate in business improvement activities
- High attention to detail
