**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a skilled administrator with exceptional coordination and communication skills to join our non-for-profit organisation on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for the coordination of various programs as well as providing full support to our team with organising a range of programs, events, accommodation and job opportunities.
The role includes the following:
- Managing the CRM database
- Marketing and weekly Newsletter
- Managing accommodation, venue maintenance, networking and Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Developing the role as needed
- Ad-hoc tasks
**About You**
As an experienced, highly organised and self-motivated office manager and administrator, you will have:
- Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
- Experience with Social Media and Marketing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
**About Us**
We are a growing non-for-profit organisation who assist travellers with accommodation, social and religious events and organise a range of programs. Furthermore, we assist those with 'working holiday visa' with finding job opportunities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $76,747.85 per year
