**About the role**:
As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with the Product Manager to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies. You will be responsible for improving the user experience, delivering new features and enhancements and optimising processes in order to reduce costs. This role would suit a professional who is looking to work in an agile, supportive and fast-paced environment.

You’ll participate in the development of product strategies and end-to-end process mapping solutions. You will also be responsible for leading a tech delivery squad and be responsible for delivering the product roadmap aligned to OKRs.

**About you and your skills**:
Exceptionally well organised, you’re a great communicator with demonstrated knowledge of the product lifecycle, experience in design thinking and journey mapping and the ability to translate product requirements into technical specifications.

Your skills
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Associate Product Manager, Project Manager or similar
- Ideally background in operations or supporting technical squads
- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and analyse data, conduct post implementation analysis and report back to the business
- A highly collaborative approach to working with others and be able to work with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
- Experience delivering product features (preferably using agile principles)
- Experience in large, complex organisations
- Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions
- Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
