**What you'll be doing**:
As an Associate Product Manager, delivering key strategic programs within Payments Squad. You will be planning and delivering projects in line with the targets and project budgets.

**You'll also be**:

- Responsible for delivering projects in line with scope, timeline and budget
- Process mapping for end-to-end solutions
- Supporting defining the backlog of work for their squad based on Squad and Crew OKRs
- Working with Product Manager and Group Product Manager Lead to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies
- Supporting the product process including setting objectives, competitive research, writing requirements, launching, testing and monitoring
- Maintaining and tracking deliverables against budget
- Identifying and communicating risks to stakeholders

**You'll need**:

- Experience as a Project Manager or similar
- Experience delivering measurable results for both customer and the business
- Experience delivering product features (preferably using Agile principles)
- Experience in large, complex organisations
- Experience working with large expenditure budgets and forecasting
- Experience working with large retail or strategy functions preferred
- Knowledge of Confluence/ JIRA preferred
