**About Student and Scholarly Services**
Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.

**About the Role**
As the Student Recruitment Coordinator, you will build a network of internal and external relationships and support the development of an evolving schedule of recruitment-based profiling activities, events, publications and recruitment campaigns to maximise student enrolment outcomes. You will also be responsible for dealing with complex recruitment issues and resolving or escalating as appropriate and to supervise one recruitment staff member within the Divisional Group, and lead streams for activity.

Responsibilities include:

- To actively build and maintain strong and effective relationships with local and overseas referring organisations such as companies, sponsors, industry organisations, teachers, careers counsellors, agents, Global Victoria, DESE and Austrade representatives and other international and domestic marketing and recruitment staff within the University
- To provide responsive, timely and discipline/program-specific support and advice to future students, staff in the Future Students Hub and domestic and international partners, liaising with academic staff as required
- To support the development of an evolving schedule of recruitment-based profiling activities, events, publications and recruitment campaigns to maximise student enrolment outcomes

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated individual who can deliver effective projects and activities to achieve recruitment targets. Your advanced customer service skills will allow you to effectively communicate with various stakeholders in order to deliver a high level of service excellence.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in aligning organisational strategies and balancing resourcing demands, preferably within a complex environment
- Demonstrated ability to contribute towards problem solving, and the ability to think flexibly and continuous improvement with an agile mindset
