**About Scope**

Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short-term accommodation (respite), social connections and therapy across Victoria and New South Wales.
**About The Role**
A full-time, permanent role reporting to the Chief Strategy and Risk Officer, the key function of the role of Head of Enterprise Risk, Compliance & Assurance is to provide strategic direction and oversight of the Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Assurance team.
The primary focus is to strategically evolve, manage and implement the enterprise and service level risk and compliance management systems. In doing so you will work collaboratively across the organisation with a wide range of stakeholders to assist them in implementing the risk management and compliance systems in their area of the organisation.
**About You**
This role requires strong hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of enterprise and service-level risk frameworks. You will be a collaborative in your approach and will enjoy working with a range of stakeholders.
As an experienced, senior level risk practitioner, you will hold relevant qualifications as outlined in the position description. You will also be an ambitious leader aspiring to make your mark in a large, complex organisation.
