About the Assignment
This position will provide support to the Talent Acquisition teams with a wide range of administrative tasks.

Your support will extend to the Contractor Management Office (CMO), the Senior Resourcing Systems Project Adviser and the general Resourcing Team.

Maintaining multi source data points in spreadsheets, data bases and working with suppliers to ensure data is accurate.

  • Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure processing of Labour Hire provider invoices, POs and Labour resourcing requests for smooth procure to pay processes.
  • Interrogating and extracting data from systems such as Coupa and Fieldglass.
  • Collating and centralising multi source data and preparing reports, power point slides, tender document reviews, labour benchmarking rate information.
  • Providing support for process mapping as required, improved system process implementation and development of reporting templates.
  • Assisting to develop communication, training materials, presentations and working with business, HR stakeholders, onsite MSP and external suppliers.
  • Managing Fieldglass system work orders, supporting enquiries and conducting audits.
  • Supporting UAT for Avature, SuccessFactors and Fieldglass systems.
This assignment is initially offered for 12 months, engaged via Chandler Macleod.

Location for this assignment is Santos Head Office in Adelaide.

About You

  • Exposure to labour hire and contractor hiring practices either from supplier or inhouse company perspective is desirable
  • End to end recruitment support in house is desirable
  • Knowledge and use of an applicant tracking system is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and customer focus
  • Basic data analysis, audit, reporting, developing presentation packs and spreadsheet use
  • Strong problemsolving capability: investigative, adaptable, and pragmatic, with the ability to adjust to evolving organisational needs
  • Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Strong delivery focus with the ability to support multiple stakeholders concurrently
  • Experience working collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic organisation demonstrating resilience and perseverance
