**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Manager of Work Health and Safety (WHS) Systems and Processes is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the “One TAFE” WHS management system to ensure that TAFE NSW achieves a “Zero Harm Culture”

**ABOUT YOU**
We are looking for an experienced Manager of Work Health and Safety (WHS) Systems and Processes to drive the ongoing development and implementation of the WHS management system for TAFE NSW to facilitate efficiency and consistency across NSW.
- Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in the development and implementation of WHS management systems including the engagement of multiple stakeholders in a diverse environment.
- A well-developed knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations and contemporary practices.
- Ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships with various stakeholders across the business and strive for individual and overall team success.
- Excellent leadership skills to lead the development of a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment by example.
- Ability to manage and develop a high-performance team, aligned to the core values of integrity, collaboration, excellence, and a customer first attitude, through effective leadership, support, and feedback.
- A class C driver’s licence with the capacity to travel for TAFE NSW business purposes is required.
