We seek a friendly, organized, and efficient receptionist to join our migration consultancy in Melbourne, Australia. As our clients' first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our office. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
- Assist clients with initial inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide administrative support to the migration consultants and assist with document preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the migration process and Australian immigration regulations is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Australian citizenship or valid work permit.

Working Hours: Casual, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility based on business needs.

Location: Melbourne, Australia.
