**Our Team & The Rec**
The Rec Club is a sport, recreation, and community-focused Centre based in Miranda. We run Inflatable World on weekends and Nerfland on Friday eveninings.

The primary purpose of the role is to engage with people who want to play sport at The Rec Club & Assist with our Inflatable World & Nerfland party bookings.
- Drive up registration and participation in all sports.
- Facilitate the running of the junior competitions through creation of draws, putting individuals into a team, sourcing umpires, registration payments and liaising with team captains.
- Creation and delivery of new sports to the centre
- Facilitation of some adult competitions - this will include one evening shift per week.
- Consult regularly with existing teams across all sports and seek their input and feedback to ensure the Centre and its activities, programs, services, and events are running well and adapting as needed.
- Taking phone calls and managing party bookings.
- Some weekend work may be required from time to time.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Administration skills - Word & Excel at a minimum.
- Very strong organisational skills, this role is very high paced and multitasking is key.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and oral, with a demonstrated ability to engage people of ages.
- Available to work an evening or weekends at times
- Demonstrated experience in sport through personal participation, coaching, managing or umpiring.
- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
- (Paid) Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain (NSW)
- Current Driver's Licence
**The Hours**
**As an organisation, we are open 7 days a week from 8.30am - 10.30pm including school holidays. We are flexible and have a team based approach to solving problems and you may be called upon to work shifts outside our usual working hours - including weekends.**
The role is ideally 15 to 38 hours per week. Minimum one evening shift and weekend work may be required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
