THE POSITION
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Miranda.

This will be a diverse and interesting role, allowing you the opportunity to learn and work across multiple areas of our business.

Organisational skills, high attention to details and taking ownership of your role will be key to your success. You will also provide administration support to the Service Team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be successful in this position, you will need to be a motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude.

We will require you to possess**:

  • A detailed knowledge of PC's office suite, including skills in Word, Excel, Publisher and Access
  • Experience working with an invoicing platform (Advanced Business Manager will be highly regarded)
  • Confidence communicating with customers on the phone
  • The ability to compile, analyse and present data into meaningful reports
  • Attention to detail

You will have the following abilities:

  • Highly organised and great time management skills
  • Be multiskilled and able to prioritise when dealing with multiple tasks
  • Reliability, responsibility and be able to work autonomously as well as within teams
