You will complete a **Certificate III Business Administration** **qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with our Host Employer, Next Dimension Accounting, located in Miranda.

**Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Perform general administrative duties and data entry tasks.
- Organize team communications and plan regular events, both internally and offsite, within budget constraints.
- Assist the Operations Manager and wider team with various administrative tasks.

**To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
