**About the Role**
The role will support the business's Trade and Reservations functions from an admin, systems, reporting and partnership perspective. You will provide support to the Key Account Manager, Reservations Manager and Trade Manager as a first point of contact for trade queries and escalations.
You will take a lead role in trade contracting, process documentation and trade communications.
A creative flare and attention to detail is a must, to ensure all trade marketing material is developed and proofed in accordance with brand guidelines.
The role will require someone who is confident communicating across all levels with internal and external stakeholders.

**Skills & Experience**
This multi-dimensional role will require someone highly experienced in customer service and with a strong understanding of trade distribution.
A robust knowledge of the trade distribution network and prior use of property management or reservation systems will be advantageous, but not essential.
**Experience**:
- Tertiary qualifications in tourism or business preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales within tourism industry
- Intermediate skills across the Microsoft suite of products, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technologically savvy with the ability to operate multiple programs in conjunction with one another
- Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict to achieve cooperation between all stakeholders
- Robust knowledge of the tourism industry and understanding of the trade distribution model and the role each channel plays
- Strong analytical and social skills and with the ability to view issues from a commercial perspective
- Ability to use initiative to systemize, develop new processes/concepts and problem solve
