**Role overview**
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of our development project outcomes including but not limited to the preparation of sales and marketing collateral, community days, management of settlement process for Fairland, and integrated housing projects.
This role is initially for 6 months, with a possibility to extend.
**Main responsibilities**
- Preparation of project plans for the pricing, sale, release, and marketing documentation, for land and housing projects
- Prepare documentation for the sale of land and integrated housing projects
- Support the project and land sales consultant in the execution of sales contracts
- Coordinate the settlement of land parcels within Fairland land estates
- Manage the integration of project sales and land development with builder partners
- Maintain strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders, including clients, marketing groups, project sales consultants, and development managers.
**What you will bring**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the housing and construction industry, with previous land subdivision/project management experience
- Working knowledge of the building and construction industry; and residential property market
- Good understanding of project feasibility studies
- Proven history of negotiating and communicating across all levels for projects with complex outcomes
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Passion for residential developments, and values that align with ours
