Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years + management experience in the logistics & transport industry, preferably 3PL
- Develop & implement financial budgets, targets & reporting
- Strong understanding of profit & loss balance sheets
- Proven history of cost control & improvement
- Management of customer relationships & resolution issues
- Strong understanding and implementation of safety procedures, regulatory requirements and standards
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Warehouse Management systems literate
- Ability to contribute to implement and manage business plans
- Strong understanding of MHE & traffic management / operation requirements
- Strong knowledge of policies, SOP's & relevant legislation
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical and problems solving skills
