**About the Centre**
We have Unique opportunities for passionate Early Childhood Educators for Lead Diploma Educators and Diploma Support positions to join the team of a lovely organisation that is community run. The culture is built on respect and where they believe Educators are meant to have fun

The added extra for further care is excellent working conditions with shift times and other incentives. These are full-time positions located near the Caulfield North Area.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Managing and implementing high-value programs
- Collaboration and supporting co-workers
- Developing trustful and respectful relationships with children
- Building positive partnerships with families
- Collaborate with open communication with the centre manager
- Attending designated meetings and training

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma in Early Childhood or higher (ACECQA recognised)
- **Experience** in leading a room in long daycare.
- **Or,** 1 year full time working within the program in a long daycare setting.
- Understanding and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- High level of observation and well-written ability in documentation
- Proper understanding of Education and Care Regulations
- Current WWCC
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions)
